Government Wide Acquisitions Contracts (GWAC) :

A Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) allows Federal agencies to purchase information technology products and services from another Federal agency’s contract. These are indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts that support flexible procurement and efficiency.

Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQs) :

Indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts provide for an indefinite quantity of services during a fixed period of time. They are used when agencies can’t predetermine, above a specified minimum, the precise quantities of supplies or services that the Government will require during the contract period. IDIQs help streamline the contract process and speed service delivery.

Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) :

Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) establish long-term relationships between clients and contractors so that multiple task orders may be developed quickly and easily. BPAs can be specifically tailored to a client’s environment, processes, and terms and conditions. BPAs enable clients to take advantage of quantity discounts, and are open to all agencies of the federal government.
