NTS Elite Command 2U Server with 12 Hot-Swap Drive Bays
Enterprise 2U Rack Server — Engineer-to-Order Configuration
The NTS Elite Command 2U Server with 12 Hot-Swap Drive Bays is configured engineer-to-order by New Tech Solutions (RackMountNTS) for enterprise infrastructure, data-center deployments, and storage-intensive computing environments. Its 2U rackmount form factor and 12 hot-swap drive bays provide a platform for building server configurations around application requirements, storage capacity, and data availability needs.
Use Configure to select compatible processor, memory, storage, and networking options available for the platform. NTS reviews the proposed bill of materials (BOM), component compatibility, power requirements, thermal constraints, firmware, and driver readiness before shipment. Systems undergo staging and validation at the NTS facility in Fremont, California.
Storage Flexibility and Data-Center Integration
The 12 hot-swap drive-bay design supports storage configurations suited to workloads that require flexible drive servicing and capacity planning. Depending on the selected configuration and supported components, the server can be specified for enterprise data storage, application hosting, virtualization, and data-center infrastructure.
NTS helps align processor selection, memory capacity, storage devices, drive interfaces, and network connectivity with the intended workload. Final drive compatibility, storage-controller requirements, supported drive types, and maximum capacity should be confirmed for the selected system configuration.
Validated Configuration and Deployment Readiness
Each configurable system follows an engineering-led process designed to reduce component compatibility issues before deployment. NTS reviews the selected hardware configuration, verifies applicable power and cooling requirements, and prepares firmware, drivers, and system documentation for handoff.
Commercial customers receive configuration review, component validation, serial-tracked acceptance processes, and lifecycle support options. Federal, defense, and state, local, and education (SLED) customers can also discuss procurement requirements and bill-of-material alignment for applicable contract vehicles, including SEWP V, ITES-4H, and GSA MAS, subject to contract scope and solicitation requirements.
Configure Your 2U Server
Use the Configure workbench to review available system options and build a configuration around your processor, memory, storage, and networking requirements. Where supported by the platform and selected components, NTS can help evaluate interface compatibility, rack power budgets, deployment constraints, and expected workloads.
After selecting options, review the displayed configuration and pricing. Submit a Request a Quote to receive a proposal with applicable lead times, configuration details, and sourcing notes where required. Gold SKUs may be offered as fixed configurations, while designated configurable SKUs follow the engineer-to-order process.
